Since we provide repair services, refunds are applicable if the service performed fails within our 90-day warranty period and cannot be re-repaired. Customers can cancel their service request at any time before the actual repair work begins without any penalty.
All hardware sent to our facility is insured during its stay. We provide a detailed report for every repair. Payments must be cleared via our secure link before the items are dispatched back to the customer.
